Rows of ruffles along the bodice and pockets create an adorable and hip look while remaining easy to get on and off with elastic ruffle straps. The close fitting cropped leggings can be worn with either the dress or top. Optional gathered ties along the sides allows for a custom fit and look while remaining easy to wear and maintain.
